Denver's nanny-founded childcare agency
Matched by Patrece, a career nanny of ten years who checks every caregiver herself: background, driving record, CPR, references. Tell us what you need and she will get back to you within one business day.
Tell Patrece what you need. Two minutes, right here
Every caregiver, every time
Nobody meets your kids until Patrece has met them, checked them and would trust them with the families she has nannied for.
Every candidate goes through the same process, no exceptions. A criminal background check at the county level. A motor vehicle record check, because sitters drive your kids. Current CPR and First Aid. References Patrece actually calls. And a personal interview with her, because a clean record is not the same as being good with children.
Before every booking you receive the caregiver's full profile and contact details, so the person at the door is never a stranger.

How it works
Two minutes on the form below, or call or text. Say when, for how long and for whom.
She checks availability and picks the right sitter or nanny from a network she vetted herself.
You get their full profile and contact details before they arrive. No surprises at the door.
Your caregiver shows up and handles the rest. If anything comes up, Patrece is a call away.

Meet Patrece
Patrece has been the babysitter, the part-time nanny, the full-time nanny, the mother's helper, the family assistant and the house manager. She started at seventeen, worked for four families at once in New York while finishing college, and in 2022 nannied for an NFL family the year the Bengals went to the Super Bowl.
She started Three Peas in 2025 because she kept watching the same thing happen. Families, especially first-time nanny employers, had no idea where to start. Good caregivers were left to sort out contracts and expectations alone. She wanted to simplify one of the biggest decisions a family makes, and to give caregivers someone in their corner.
She is not a franchise and there is no call centre. When you text, it is Patrece who reads it. Outside work she is usually on a trail, at a comedy show, or trying to keep her garden alive.
Questions parents ask
You do, directly, at an hourly rate you agree on together. Our fees cover the vetting, matching and coordination only. Sitters in Denver usually earn $20 to $30 an hour and nannies $25 to $35.
For babysitting and short-term care, no. You receive the full profile and contact details before every booking and we have already done the screening. For nanny placements you interview your top candidates and choose your person.
Members can book with 48 hours notice on the Sprout tier and same-day on the Patch tier when a sitter is available. Short notice adds $25 and same-day adds $40. If you need someone today, call rather than use the form.
Every placement includes a trial period, two weeks for part-time and three weeks for full-time, with a free replacement if either side wants to change course. Membership bookings can be cancelled free with 48 hours notice.
The Denver metro area, including Aurora, Lakewood, Littleton, Englewood, Parker and the neighbourhoods in between, plus Boulder and Longmont. If you are just outside that, ask.
No. Three Peas is one person, Patrece, and the caregivers she has personally vetted. When you call, she answers.
Two minutes on the form, or a text if that is easier. Either way it reaches Patrece.
